Within 15 days of receiving the textbooks and materials, if you are not completely satisfied with your Famous Artists Course, you may return the textbooks and materials to us. Upon their receipt in good condition, we will refund your Course payment, cancel your enrollment, and you will owe us nothing.
In addition, you agree that you understand when you sign up the course or courses is/are licensed to you for your sole use and is/are not to be shared, sold, or otherwise distributed by you to any person or entity. You understand that the course is copyrighted and/or trademarked material subject to international copyright and/or trademark law. You understand that if you violate the terms of agreement you will lose access to the online course(s) and your enrollment will be canceled.
PRIVACY NOTICE: We do not share or sell your personal information including email address, physical address, telephone number, account information, purchase history, or any other personally identifiable information to entities outside of Cortina Learning International companies and its affiliates.
SECURITY: We do not store payment account information or credit card information on our servers -- payment is handled securely via the PAYPAL gateway.
